At Iron Angel Hair Studio, we strive to provide the best possible service to our valued clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of service for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation/Rescheduling:
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request. This allows us to offer the vacant appointment slot to another client in need of our services.
Failure to provide the required notice may result in a missed appointment fee.
Missed Appointment Fee: In the event of a missed appointment without prior notice or failure to provide the required notice, a missed appointment fee will be charged. The missed appointment fee is the full payment amount of the missed appointment and must be settled prior to scheduling any future appointments.
Payment for Missed Appointments: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without providing the required notice will be responsible for the full payment of the missed session.
Payment for the missed appointment must be paid in full in order to schedule a future appointment.
Rescheduling: Once the missed appointment fee or payment for the missed session is received, we will be more than happy to accommodate your request for rescheduling.
Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we will make every effort to accommodate reasonable exceptions on a case-by-case basis. We value our relationship with our clients and want to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
